Created the industries pioneer ISP channel Program "Compuserve Connect." This led into launching Internet in Box into the Retail Channel creating a new market seen everywhere today. On top of this she created the "Mosaic Direct," a customized marketing program to drive consumer subscriptions, which had been unheard of at the time.
